Fish-less Recipes Developed by Saving Oceans.

Fish-less fish tacos. Feeds 4.  

The pico: 

5 roma tomatoes 

1 red onion 

1/4 bundle of cilantro 

2 juiced limes 

1 jalapeno 

1.5 tablespoons taco seasoning  

The tacos: 

1 eggplant 

1.5 tablespoons taco seasoning 

1 cup veganaise 

2 tablespoons of chipotle adobo sauce 

1/4 red cabbage shredded 

1/4 white cabbage shredded small 

6 street style flour tortillas 

4 avocados

Fish-less Poke Bowls. Feeds 2.

2 chives 

1/2 large carrot shredded  

1 cucumber speared 

1 mango cubed 

1/4 bundle cilantro chopped 

1 avocado sliced 

1 garlic minced 

1 portobello mushroom cubed 

1/2 brick extra firm tofu cubed 

2 tblspn oil 

1 tblspn sriracha  

2 tblspn soy sauce 

2 tspn sesame seeds 

1 sheet seaweed sliced 

1 cup rice   

Add mushrooms, tofu, soy, sriracha, sesame seeds, garlic, and oil to a pan and stir fry for 10 mins or until the mushrooms are cooked!

Fish-less Peruvian Ceviche Appetizer for 4.

2 oranges, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 blood oranges, supremed
1 avocado, cubed
1 sweet potato, cubed and boiled
1 tomato, diced
1 jar hearts of palm, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 serranos, thinly sliced
Pinch of salt.

Serve with chips.

Shrimp-less Shrimp Scampi

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 (14.8 ounce) jar hearts of palm
½ teaspoon salt, divided
¼ teaspoon black pepper, divided
8 ounces linguine noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup dry white wine
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup vegetable broth
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
